Partnerships between European churches and Ukrainian churches serving refugees, soldiers and families affected by the war.

Local churches across Ukraine have become shelters, kitchens and chaplaincies. They know their towns and they stay when others leave.

We connect them with churches in Europe that want to help for the long run, starting with prayer and regular giving.

For Ukrainian churches

Find a partner church in Europe

Tell us about your church and how you serve. We will call you, speak with your union, and look for a church in Europe that fits.

  • A partner church that prays for your congregation
  • Regular financial support for your ministry
  • Visits when it is safe and helpful

For European churches

Stand with a Ukrainian church

Offer prayer and support to a local church that serves refugees, soldiers and families. We verify the church and introduce you.

  • Churches recommended by their union and checked by us
  • Prayer and regular giving to start; visits optional
  • We stay involved until the partnership runs on its own

The process

Slow on purpose.

  1. 01

    Apply

Missionaries and churches tell us who they are and how they serve.

  2. 02

    We verify

We call, check references on the field and at home, and visit when we can.

  3. 03

    We introduce

We match a European church with one missionary and set up a clear agreement.

  4. 04

    Partnership grows

Prayer, monthly giving and short-term trips build real friendship.

  5. 05

    We step back

Once both sides stand on their own, we move on to build the next bridge.

Churches and partners never receive each other’s contact details through this website. Everything goes through our team, and anyone serving in a sensitive place is never named publicly.

Support the work

Keep the bridge open.

We don’t take a cut of what churches give to missionaries. Gifts to Mission Bridge cover the coordination trips, vetting and admin that make each partnership possible.
